Established in 1994, the company began as a sole proprietorship and was registered with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) under the name of Hallmark Industrial & Electrical Supplies. The company's primary function is to provide sales services, offering Nitta's power transmission and conveyor belts.
Additionally, Hallmark delivers technical support and post-sales service to its clients. The year 1997 marked the company's appointment as the exclusive distributor for Nitta Corporation in the Philippines. Since then, the business has surpassed expectations. Sales figures exhibited consistent growth, and its client base experienced significant expansion.
To ensure long-term viability, the company transitioned its business structure to a corporation in 2021. Having secured incorporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Hallmark Automation and Belting Corporation now carries on its established operations.
